spruce up problems....

can anyone help me?????

i've ripped lord of the rings and i've used the guide at www.dvd2dvdr.com

its the pal version i ripped.....but after i've finished in spruce up and i try to export it i get the following message

PAL/NTSC video format mismatch with project settings

can anyone help me to fix this???? when i first ran spruce up i went into prefrences and chose dvdr 4.7gig....i also selected pal!!!!!!

Change the preferances to NTSC ..

After you change the prefrences to PAL, you need to create a new project for it to be PAL. If the project is open as NTSC, then the prefrences changed, it will not work. Set the prefrences, got to file-new, then author. Good luck.
