dvd burn stops at 13% EVERY time!

I am trying to put the VIDEO_TS folder onto a dvd, and am burning with Nero, and it freezes at 13% every time. I have done straight DVD copies this way before (as long as the original is less than 4.7GB.

What is up?

are you burning the same files every time? maybe something is wrong with the files you authored/ripped and it causes the error. or does it freeze at 13% regardless of the movie you try to burn?

also, are you using nero 5.5.8.0? i've heard earlier versions (as well as 5.5.9.0) have problems so i'd try using 5.5.8.0 if you aren't already using it.

I just did it UDF style instead of using the "dvd video" option in the wizard, and I created my own empty audio_ts folder, and it worked, but why was this necessary?
