  1. I followed Pinoys2210 DVD ripping guide v 2.3...

    But...

When all was said and done the picture was quite blocky? Its was very good quality but when there was any movement what so ever the picture went blocky and almost blurry?? Is it my bitrate?? I loaded pinoys2210 vcd template for TMPGEnc and didn't change any of his settings is there something else that could be the problem??

Also i noticed when it was converting, the audio was set on 48000 KHZ isnt it suppose to be 44100KHZ for a VCD?

    Thanks in advance
