  1. With a bitratecalculator you can calculate the neeeded bitrate for fitting a recording on a cdr(w).
    However when you want to use a given bitrate, how do you calculate the resulting file, taking in account the lenght of the movie ?

    file size doesn't really matter because VCD burns my time not size.

  4. size in MB = (audio_bitrate+video_bitrate)*(length_in_seconds)/(8*1024*1024)

    A simple calculator will do.
