OK Guys Weird Question coming up. I downloaded a movie in divx.avi format and it works great on a divx player or even my Windows Media Player, because i applied the neccessary patches. But when i use tmpgenc to encode it to vcd format, it doesnt encode any video at all just sound. It's Like its no there or just i had something set wrong. So idecided to use crappy nero to encde it and what do ya know same thing- no video!! Well, looks like i have to leave this up to you guys So anything you can help on would be great!

    TMPGEnc
    Select options > environmental settings
    click the VFAPI plug-in tab
right click the "DirectShow" and select higher priority, do this several times until its at the top with a value of 4

But first Install the Nimo codec pack.
