    I just converted an avi file to mpeg using TMPenc and for some strange reason the picture has all these blocks on it .. the avi file is fine. And I've tried it twice. I always use TMPenc to convert and never encountered this problem before.. what can it be?

    Never mind I fixed it.. it was the framerate in the avi was 20fps, so I changed the setting in TMPenc to 19.98 and it came out fine now.. and encoded faster too, 35 min wow.
