help this is really weird

i purchased a new computer system tuesday and finally tried to burn a vcd
i downloaded. i am running windows millenium. when i could what clip i want downloaded i get this message "vcdcr32 has caused an error in mfc42.dll and when i click ok i then get this message " vcdcr32 has caused a error in creator.dll. i have turned of my computer and even reinstalled millenium and i get the same error how do i fix it and what did i do wrong

tell the people you bought your computer from to kindly
take back that piece of software garbage called EasyCD
that they gave you and to replace it with Nero.
