    I've just bought Nero 5.5 and tried to burn my first movie (mpg to VCD). It seemed to burn ok with no errors but my player wont read it...ok, I figured I did something wrong. But then I tried to burn a somple CD and got the same thing. Only Nero can "see" the tracks, Windows explorer sees it as a blank disc. It seems to me it doesn't write a TOC. My burner is compatible. What am I doing wrong?

    I have not used Nero in a long time, but is there an option to Finalize the disc?

    I notice at my work EZ CD has an option to leave the the disc open.
    MY winincd at home does the same.

    Be sure that the burn option is set to Finalize the disc.
