I tried to convert capture material (640x480 in Huffyuv codec) into standard TMPEGEnc 12f PAL template and resulting file has occasional picture "freezups" - video stops for 1/2 second or more while audio still goes.
Looks like a kind of AV snychronisation that occurs always on the same place in the file. Each encoding with the same parematter produce MPEG file with freezings at the same places. Encoding with different settings (bitrate) produce freezings on another parts of file ...
I tried playback on PC in PowerDVD and on my standalone player and reeuslt is the same ...
Is ther eproblem with bitrate peaks that goes over the limit for SVCD ?
I will try Cinema Craft to see will it made this problems too ...
How can I be sure that file is OK without previewing it each time after encoding (is there any tool that can verify this - if this is bitrate problem) ?
