Does anyone here have Video Explosion Deluxe? If so how is it for creating VCD menus?

I saw this product in the stores and it seemed like a cheap name but after examining its content I was quite impressed. I has a lot of professional tools at a low price. It also can make interactive menus for VCD and DVD.

I just wanted to know if anyone here has it and if they could give me any feedback on its authoring abilities.
