    i would guess it all depends on your hardware. as for me cheap durabrand work as well as any other for my rca. kinda trial and error untill you find which works best with your player.

    I only buy Memorex(inexpensive and no artifacts).I have one disk I must
    have rewritten 300 times and it still makes a perfect copy.
