Buffer underun using nero

hi, i'm currently trying to create a vcd of my digital photo's using nero 5.5.9 but am getting so far in the burn when the eror message 'buffer underun appears. can anybody help? thanks

I get this sometimes... Try burning at a lower speed 2-4x, restart your PC before burning and disable all non-essential background tasks...

What's a buffer under run ?, thought everyone had burn proof these days, however if there is a fault in the file, and Nero has to try and fix it, and fix it, and fix it then no burn proof can help.

So always make sure you use mpeg NOT AVI and if its a capture using mpeg, make sure there are no dropped frames.

if you lower than speed, it will be gone

eg. I have 12x rewrite, I get buffer underun ALOT so I switched to 8x now no error ( but slower though )[/b]
