I have a mpeg2 file that i would like to burn as a SVCD.
The resolution is 480x480 wich means its NTSC, right?
But since NTSC SVCD´s can be both 23.97fps and 30fps, how do I determine which one it is?
I cant install the svcd codec that enables me to open mpeg2 files in tmpeg and windows media player. (because of win xp?)
