Is it possible to set up a batch on TMPGenc & then process it over the network so I can continue on using the PC but the movie would be converted?

I'm sure it's possible, but where would the TMPG.exe be exectued on ? Your machine or another box on the network ? Even in whihcever scenario, the Encoder is local on your machine, or the source files are, you'd have some draw on your local resources.
Now if you have both the source clips and the Encoder on another box, and say just execute it across the network then log off (say via pcAnywhere), sure you'd be cool.~~~Spidey~~~
