    Hey, i'm still kind of new to the VCD scene, and i've got a question...
    I'm trying to burn an .MPG and have a question for TSCV users. How do i create chapters from scratch without using .ifo files? I tried to type the information in the boxes about how far into the mpg i want each movie, but it doesn't seem to work and doesn't let me use the slider bar. Any suggestions?
