  1. hey people my first msg on the forum so lets hope one of you out there can help me got my hands on an old old vid from a friend and am going to put on my hard-drive can anyone point me in the right direction of a tool i could use to improve the picture quality which is a bit fuzzy!! when i say fuzzy i mean like a faint snowy effect any help would be much appreciated thanks

    After you capture it you could try to clean it up with any variety of filters in both Virtual Dub and TMPG - see the guides to the left
