  1. What is the best way to do this and the cheapest? A guide would be helpful.

    That depends on your graphics card. If it already has TV out then just buy a long (probably S-video) cable and a Scart converter which will allow you to input bith the TV signal and the separate sound into 1 input for you TV.

    Suppose it also depends on the location of your TV and what inputs it has.
