I am following the instructions on how to burn Bin with Nero
The question is, the last instruction says
'Select write speed and so and last hit Write'
What write speed should i select and does this have an effect on quality?

Assuming that your DVD player was designed to read CD-R/W media, AND your drive and discs are rated correctly, then you should be able to burn at max. speed with no issues.
If your player isn't designed to read CD-R media, then it has been noted by many people that burn speed can affect the readability of the disc on such machines.
