ok, the vcd im trying to play is all widescreen when i play it with windows media player, but when i put it on my apex 500w standalone dvd player, it is like im only seeing the middle of the movie (kind of like pan and scan).

is this a setting i can just change on the DVD player, or is it in the vcd itself?
