I have pretty strange problem:
I cpatured some video from PAL tape into huffy codec and then encoded it into VCD using TMPEGEnc (standard template for PAL VCD, without any modifications).
Now, I noticed that on several parts of resulting MPG file there is occasional video "freezings" where video stops for 1/2 second or more while audio still goes. By each viewing, problem is at the same points of the file and occurs on my standalone DVD player and also while I play file using PowerDVD on my PC but EVERYTHING IS FINE when I play file in MediaPlayer or any other player (BSplayer, Radlight ...) ?!?!?
To me this looks like audio/video synchronisation where player stops video to "catch" audio and then continue to play - but why this doesn't happen when playing in other PC players (only on software DVD player and standalone I have but, as I sad, not on players that use Windows codecs) ?
Also, I remuxed file with bbMPEG using various settings but all I manage to do is to change place and duration of "freezings" but they are still there
Anbody have idea what is this and how to remove freezings without reencoding everything again ?
