    hi i download training day in 2 parts both video files,25fps. i tried joining them using tmpgenc but get an error message saying part 2 is not compatible with part1 . any ideas

    training day has been available to rent for weeks now. would'nt it have been easier to just rent it out and ripp it?
    as for your problem, why not convert them both to mpeg(vcd or svcd) so they are compatible, then try join them?

    Or you can try and Demultiplex and then Multiplex part 2 using TMPEGnc, just make sure to use the MPEG-1 VIDEO-CD option when you multiplex it back together again.
