Creating a jpg still of my mpgs and Nero Menu I created?

Basically, I just taught myself how to use the Nero Menu option for the VCDs and have it all set up now. But I need to create a jpg still in the middle of my mpeg movies. I have Virtual Dub and Tmpenc, but don't think I saw that option anywhere.

I also wanted to take a snapshot of my Menu that I created using Nero, when I click on "Preview First Page" and my menu pops up. How do I go about that? And say that I have a DVD or other VCD, can I take a snapshot still of that while I'm watching it?

If you just wanna to create a STILL (-mpeg) of either a JPG, PPM, BMP, TGA or GIF - then you might concidering using VCDwizard for that. VCDwizard has an internal STILL-creator that can do the job for you.
