  1. I want to capture a 300k winmedia stream to a file. I don't care what kind of file because I'll find something to convert it if it's not compliant. But any utils out to do this? i've tried asf recorder and it doesn't handle certain types of winmedia streams or if they are using udp. just for an example like the music videos on launch.com.

    what about realmedia or quicktime streams anytihng to capture them?

  2. there is certain progs that will capture what is on your moniture and then on prog that will Cap the sound and its a lot of work and hard to do sometimes. I think the Video prog is Snapit or something like that

    HyperCam does video and sound, and also lets you cap streams and desktop stuff, whatever you tell it to, in whatever codec you want (have installed)...

    Does a good job too when you get your settings all nice and set up...
