I want to take a still picture and then make it an mpeg file for a menu in a VCD.
What is the easiest/best method to make a still frame into a movie?

VCDeasy should be able to handle that for you.

I finally figured out in Vegas Video how to do it I made a jpg into a movie but its kinda blurry. Is that normal? Is there a better way to convert it?
I made it an avi with huffyuv compression. It looked OK when small but as soon as I made it full screen it was blurry. Not only am I perfect but I'm Canadian too! -
VCDEasy with the VCDImager GUI has to be the easiest...just select the image and convert. I havent tried any other programs for doing this, but its just so simple and quick that I cant imagine a better way. Its also good for creating chapters with entrypoints instead of creating a multisegment VCD which will introduce pauses on playback.

Well I have taken pictures and made into movies and I have used Vegas Video's text tools to make menus. All seem fine at 353x240 but at a larger size they appear blurry on my PC unless I make them a bigger size which won't work for a VCD.
I imagine that would mean that they would be blurry on a VCD. Is that correct and if so how can I get them sharper? Not only am I perfect but I'm Canadian too!
