    Why the cce 2.5 make the message error "cannot find apropriate codec for dsvd"?

    Couldn't even wait half an hour? (I understand the feeling)...

    Check your drivers and codecs... my guess is you're attempting a DivX encode, but may not have THE codec you need (there's 3.11, 4, and 5 now, all different).

    Just for kicks, try installing the Nimo codec pack, found under the "Tools" section. I believe it includes pretty much any of the codecs you'll need.

    Or... are you doing AVISynth?
