Hi,
I have a good quality MPEG2 video and audio stream. I have to make some changes to it and I need help with what programs to use. My goal is not to re-encode it.
My source is a mp2 with a resolution of 544x480 (NTSC, 29.9 fpm). Weird size. Anyhow, I need to convert it to DVD standard, 720 x 480.
Also, the audio is out of sync with the video and I now exactly now many ms it is off by.
So I'm looking for a good way to resize and mux my source without re-encoding. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

Would be easy to do with TMPG ...if you wanted to re-encode....not sure there is any way around that though
