All,
I'm trying to convert an mp2 file with high vbr to lower vbr, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I have CCE 2.5, but it doesn't recognize mp2 files as importable extension. Is there a product that I could use to convert to an AVI file, or a different program I could use to do the conversion? I'm trying to get my captured 8mb VBR down to 2.3mb VBR, so I can fit more per CD & make it SVCD compliant.
Thanks!

If your 30 days has not expired on TMPGEnc, or you have the authorized TMPGEnc Plus, you can load it in one of them, select Load, your favorite template, select Settings, then your VBR. Select Start and you are good to go.
