I captured a clip with virtualdub and converted to mpeg with TMPGEnc. When the motion in a scene moves faster, it seems to strobe or jitter. There seem to be lines in the faster motion and blurs between scene transitions. Everything is very clear until the motion picks up. Same problem on dvd player and computer. It is more noticable in the avi. Are there some settings I can adjust to help out this situation?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!
