  1. I am having audio sync problems when burning DVDs with Ulead DVD Movie Factory. I first merge 2 AVIs using VirtualDub. The merged AVI is perfect, with no sync problems so I know it is not the merge. What I did notice is the sync problem gets progressibly worse. It starts out fine, but about 20 minutes into the movie it is very noticeable. I have this problem on many different AVIs, not just one.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is driving me crazy.

At Ulead website there is some patches and upgrades that can help you... One is exactly to whom have problems of audio sincronization....

Also, check your codecs. Play the MPEG created with DVDMF in Windows Media Player, click properties and see if the audio and video use the same manufacturer codec...

  3. I checked the properties of the AVI and it is as follows.

    Audio codec: Morgan Stream Switcher
Video codec: Microcrap MPEG-4 Video Decompressor

    Is this ok?

well, they are different, so can cause the sync problem...

Why dont you reinstall DVDMF to make its codecs the default ones or install a windvd or powerdvd codec? You find them in WinMx or Morpheus, etc...
