    what program works best to burn vcds? i have a video that will burn but gets all choppy on my dvd player. even after i set the speed to 1x. so does nero work best? or dvd moviefactory? or what?

    Hmmm... is a matter of opinion...

    I use NERO.. and it works fine for me..

    When not played correctly, it's a mpeg problem, ore a player problem, not a burnprogram problem..(most of the time.)
