    I downloaded a movie off the net, encoded it to VCD, and cut it, the first part i cut successfully, but while cutting the second part, TMPGENC showed as ''not responding''. The audio and video parts it completed, but where it's supposed to show ''outputting to file xx.xx MB'' it was blank.

    Please Help


    I would even settle for another free MPEG cutter. (or a demo with 1 free cut)

    TMPEGenc takes a long time to complete the second cut. It will report as "not responding" but it is. Give it time and it will complete ok.
