enconding usin tmpgenc

i use tmpgenc 2 encode. it all works fine but when i play the svcds i have the black bar on top and bottom of the screen(widescreen black thingy) and after that another black one which color is lighter. could u guys tell me the best way 2 encode to svcds usin tmpgenc wizard. thanks

Those black bars are usually there when the original was a widescreen, even if you have another under it. In TMPGEnc select setting > Advanced > Clip frame (Double click after selecting it)

From there you can experiment with removing the borders while keeping Full screen > keep aspect ratio. Some SVCD's almost fill the screen, so Full screen with cropping may get rid of them if they are only small (Scooby Doo)
