    Sometimes when playing VCD's, the sound stops for a second and then continues again. Most of the time this repeats itself every 10 seconds or so.

    Is this a problem with my VCD player?

    Unlikely. It is probably a problem with your VCDs...

    I have the same problem and i have found it is the encoding.
    i run the movie mpeg file through TMPGE and all tabs on in multiplex ect turned to mpeg vcd not mpeg auto as it defaults
