Hi everybody, this is my first post so please be patient if this is not the right forum and if I am ignorant.
Here's the question: yesterday I've created a 2 VCD set decompressing the WinRar files. I came home, turned on the DVD player and tested 'em. The first VCD is perfect. The second one has big problems: while the index page is perfect, during the program I can't hear the audio track. It's hard to explain but it seems to me like on a turntable the pickup doesn't perfectly touch the vinyl surface. This seems to involve also the video because it loops here and there.
Could it be a copy/burning problem that I can fix doing another copy?
Is there a way to test it on my PC (I've only a CD-ROM player, not a DVD player) to see what happens?
Thank you in advance for any help

Place the disk in your CD-ROm, select Open, find the data file (.dat) and play it with Windows Media Player
If there is an error, best sort it out from the orignal download, not this copy if its faulty.
