  1. Is there anything that wil allow me to go into a paint program and alter each clip. Meaning I want to edit each single frame. I know that will be a couple thousand of them. So how about it?

    Any ideas

  2. You must extract your video as a series of stills first. Adobe Premiere can do this. It's explained in the help file.

I've actually done this. First I saved my short segment as a series of numbered TIFF images (I guess you could use JPG or another format just as easily). After that I edited them in Photoshop. Then I re-converted the TIFF images back to a AVI file which was then edited back into the original timeline. My image sequence was much shorter than 2000 frames---maybe 150 max, but it will work for as many as you have disc space for.

2000 frames is a lot of work. I hope you have a staff of animators.
