VFAPIConv-1.04-EN.zip. If you run VirtualDub remember to run proxyoff.reg before using it.

Doom9.org uses referrers to stop offsite linking to files. People copy the link while they are on the site, then paste it here, but from here you don't give the right referrer. Just go to the site and grab what you want from the download section.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

The program creates a signpost .avi file from a .d2v file. You can use the file created within VirtualDub and most other video editing programs. Just load the d2v file within VFAPIConv and hit the Convert button.

ProxyOff.reg can be found in the aviproxy directory of VirtualDub.

Which is why I have not given a direct link to the file and have instead given a link to the parent directory. It works OK for me.
