Where can I get custom "Intro" video clips made?

I had a friend who would like to make a custom "Intro" clip for vcds/svcs.

I couldn't help him since I'm no video creating/editing expert but I was hoping that somebody could either help me out or direct me to someone who could make a short little clip.

It should be short (I'd say between 5-15 seconds) and just have a few simple things like text, maybe some images, or 3d rendered geometric shapes, etc. Nothing too fancy, but just a nice short intro that says "Hey, this was made by me!" (not literally, he has his own text/images/etc that he might want on it)

I'd like it at as high of resolution as possible (@ least SVCD hopefully) and pretty clear audio. Audio could be similar to the major studio's intro clips (crecendo type thing).

I'm sure most of you have seen vcd's by groups that release them. Most have this same type of short intro identifying the group.

I can't really pay anybody much money for this but contact me and we'll see. I might be able to send a little cash or maybe a dvd or something.

If I can't get anybody to make me a custom intro I might go with a pre-done video clip so if anybody knows of intro-clips that are available to download contact me too.

Make some yourself with a simple animation program. "Animation Shop 3"
This program comes with Paint Shop Pro (http://www.jasc.com/) , makes some great effects, then you can save them out as AVI, use TMPGEnc to Vdub to add some sound !!
