After editting and encoding mpeg2 captured analog films from my old camcorder to svcd and dvd format (with ulead video studio 6) the finished movie stops (stutters) a brief second or so every once and a while - it isn't playing smoothly. (it occurs more often with the dvd encoded files)
I have tried various settings (constant bitrate/various bitrate) but with
no result.
Is this a problem with the settings in video studio?
Does anyone have suggestions how to avoid or correct this?
Is there a software program to correct the encoded files for i have no longer the original mpeg2 files on my computer.
thanks,
Ronald
