If you use TMPGenc try using external audio tools like toolame and ssrc bitrate calculator when encoding. The audio quality is much better.

if this was a TS shot in a theatre and they used the hearing impared system for audio feed , often it buzzs .. just use the parametric eq in your audio editing program and find the range the buzz is in and pull that area down to zilch ... im guessing take down 160 - 40 down 40db or more to get all the harmonics but play around with it ..

I'm newbie.
Can explain more clearly?
what software I need?
i got TMPGenc -
well first -- is this a movie that looks like it was shot in a theatre with a video camera ?
-
the video with me is from Viewcam that I captured last week.
and then one more problem, the volume of the video just low, anyway to turn it up?(without turning high volume in speaker) -
oh ok ... well you will need a audio editor ... though for the volume you could just use a normalizer ...
download this demo
http://www.goldwave.com/
demux with tmpgenc the audio and video file mpeg (your vcd)
im not sure if goldwave will take a mpeg audio file - but try to open your audio stream in goldwav ..
if it does not open convert your audio stream to a wav file (guides on this sites)
in goldwave first you want to bring the volume up (you could normalize it also but lets stick to basics) .. select the whole file and find in tools "volume" .. increase it in 3-6dB steps and look at the meters .. you want them flashing around -3 max and avg around -6 or so ...
now find a tool called EQ or Para metric EQ and follow my prev directions ... apply this to the whole file ... there may be a "noise reduction" preset - use it ,but prob will not be agressive enough.
save this wav under a new name (in case you have to go back and re-adjust the orig file).
re-encode the wav file w/ tmpgenc back to a mpeg 1 layer 2 audio stream ..
in tmpgenc tools ... you will find a multiplexer - set it for VCD and enter your video stream and your new audio stream and give it a new name and go ... -
demux with tmpgenc the audio and video file mpeg (your vcd)
which mode should I choose?
Video only
Audio Only
System(video)
System(audio)
system(audio+video)
I have cooledit as well, can it be used in this case? -
system(audio+video)
you need a seperate video and a seperate audio stream stream
and cooledit is great --- yes you can use it -

I have just explored the "COOL EDIT"
in its "Noise Reduction". I don't know how to configure, anyway can help to delete the noise"ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ"? -
well -- as a starter - select a preset and hit go ... hear how it sounds ... keep doing it untill it sounds better ... (work on orig. file each time and save results to a new file)
-
when I open file with COOL EDIT and I play it
I only can hear "sa sa sa sa"
now, start the thread again
what is the easiest way for me to remove or reduce hiss at vcd(.dat) file?
