Problems with the Plug in for tmpgenc file

I d/l this file, but when I go to load it a message comes up saying, "Error loading TMPGEnc.vfp, the specified module could not be found."
I couldn't find anything in the help section about this problem, and I need this plug in to use tmpgence properly. Anyone had this happen before or know what I should do?

When you download the plug-in there are 3 files

TMPGEnc.vfp (The plug-in)
TMPGEncVFP_Install.bat
TMPGEncVFP_Uninstall.bat

They all must be in the route folder of TMPGEnc before you run the install.

The download is a zip file, open it up, select all the files and drop into TMPGEnc folder
