HI,
Ive been told that you can rip an NTSC DVD then encode it with tMPGENC to pal then author with spruceup to make a pal DVD,is this right?
as ive tried this with dvd to SVCD in the past i know you cant do it as the frame rate is wrong,does dvd ovecome the problem?
