MP3 capabilities on DVD players

I have failed to find any info on DVD player that will allow the (1)play of MP3 in random order (2)support filenames larger then 5 characters for MP3 on-screen selection (3)seamless transfer from track to track, no delay!, in Audio CDs and MP3 cds. Thank you for any help. ...BEN WICKS

even the MP3 being more than 5 characters, i must be sure, thanks, which is the best model Apex & is it true about the bad image quality that I read in reviews?
