OK....

if avi file fps is 23.97 and i wanna encode it to 25 fps

can that cause the problem stuttering flickering shocking

i got diffrent fps but all stuttering flickering shocking = s.f.s after encode

when encode a avi 23.97 to 25 it shocks a lot

when i shock it to 29 ntsc it shock lesss

what can i do to fix this totally

it shocks on pc dvd

i tried all templates and i mean alll

encoding to mpeg to burn on dvdr
