Cutting&Joining Program for Constant bitrate???

I captured a few series with PowerVCR in SVCD. Now I want to cut the advertisement and join the parts together. Normally I use the Tmpenc Tool for something like that, but the parts are in Constant bitrate and the tool I use can handle only VBR. When I use it, the sound and the movie are not syncronized after cuttin/joining. Who knows a tool which I can use (and please a simple one, not with thousends of possibilties )

You might try VCDcutter. It's in the TOOLS section on the left.

BTW how do you like the results of PowerVCR? I've been meaning to try it out.

Hi, I will try it out. PowerVCR is the best program i used for something like that...Its very easy to handle and you can really use it like a normal VCR (sheduling)...I can`t say anything to the quality `cause I´ve no comparison...But I think it`s Ok, because you donnot have to have so much space on your HDD...

maybe 'Camel's MPEG Join' could do the trick also
