nero restarting my system

hy, when i drag my mpeg file to the burn section in nero it wil start to convert but when it's almost done my systen will restart!!!!
help please.

i've tried to reinstall nero 4 like 6 times.

it works a few burns but then it all starts (restarts) over ..

Might conceder using TMPGEnc or Flask to do an encoding, then Either Nero or VCDeasy to burn it on CD.

well, i am sorry i wasn't precicly enough.
but when the dvd is ripped i use tmpgenc to convert it.
so that;s not the problem.

the problem starts when nero is coverting the mpeg file into a vcd file.

If the file you encoded from TMPGEnc is a true VCD, there's no need for Nero to encode it again, all it has to do is check which takes about 15-30 seconds. In any case, if Nero is giving you problems, might as well try other burning software such VCDeasy to see what will happen.

or try upgrading to nero 5.5 might help u

well, i run nero 5.5.9 so that ain't the problem.

the the rebout starts when nero is analising the encoded mpgenc mpeg file.
