The ATI AIW comes with a cable with 4 inlets. The S-video in and the 2 sound in. Has anybody connected to ATI's sound plugs and captured instead of into the sound card? I have a Creative SoundBlaster AudioPCI 64V that doesn't have the 2 lines in for stereo. So wouldn't it be better to use the ATI's stereo lines in?
    Thanks

...I hope I'm not taking too much of a leap here...

Are you POSITIVE that those plug's aren't Composite video? Or, Digital Audio Out?

The AIW works via pass-thru, no other way. There is the convenient input patch dongle (S-Video, Composite, L-Audio, R-Audio, on one socket), but that goes into the AIW card, then right back out thru the pass-thru which goes into your LINE-IN on your sound card. This is the small, black plug that's stereo (just like a headphone jack).

The only audio INPUT I know, is the one located on the large patch dongle.
