Has anyone used a 99 min cd for VCDs? Does it allow the normal 100mb over burn? For example 80 min cd can hold 800 mbs will the 850mb 99 min cd hold 950 mbs?

I only use 99 minutes CD's for my SVCD's. This way I can have much more quality on one CD.
Normally 99 minutes CD's are 870 MB. You can store up to 980 - 990 MB in video/audio format.
You can order them quite cheap at: http://www.brennershop.de
A spindle of 100 CD's is about 47,50 Euro. ( if I remember correct)The Dutchman
