    I have using been DVD2SVCD for months and been having no problems. As of late when I get to the bbmpeg process I get the message "error reading from an input file" I have tried everything I can think of but nothing resolves this so far.

    Have you installed new programs? Every time I have Vobsub installed, bbmpg stopped working.

    I have installed a couple of programs but not related to SVCD creation or anything close. I'll uninstall and see what happens, only problem is it takes almost the entire process before I see the failure.
