I have just downloaded flaskmpeg and i try to rip a 10 minute part of a
movie it came out .mpg then i try it To encorder it using Divx 5.0 encorer
of flask in the .avi fomat but i can seem to see it. I would to kow since the
movie came out 352MB for only ten minutes in the .moeg format and 112
mB for the .avi, so avi is better than .mpeg if not which one is better and
which program can i get that take in mind that the movie id from a DVD,
Also if i use the flaskmpeg program which encorer is better from the list
they give you and how can i make my movie smaller, a 10 minutes movie clip can only be the most 12MB, i downloaded a movie clip from a fast track program the clip was 10 minutes long and it only took12Mb and it was in the form of .avi, please help me i new to this and i want to put all
my dvd movies so people can download them i have dozens of DVD movies that i would like to put in my HD so other can have it but i put 10 minutes of a movie for 352Mb i wouldn't be able to put them all, thank please give me any advice anything would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm not sure Flask is the best tool to encode to DivX. You might find this site of interest: http://www.svcd.cc/DIVX/
