    I have .rm movie files which I wish to burn onto a VCD. How do I go about doing this? (basically how do I get it to mpeg...)

    search for a piece of software called tinra, don't get the latest version (0.5 I think) get version 4.00f (or something like that). You will also need to get the tinra GUI.
